4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our Services:

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your appliance images are sent to Google Gemini AI solely for analysis purposes and are not retained. We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and appliance data for as long as your account is active. Usage data (such as daily scan counts) is retained for 90 days. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All data is transmitted using TLS encryption. Your password is securely hashed and never stored in plain text. However, no security system is completely infallible, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:
  • Access: View all personal information we hold about you through the app.
  • Correction: Update your account information at any time.
  • Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data permanently through the Settings menu in the app. This action is irreversible.
