My Energy AI provides tools to help you track household appliance energy consumption and receive personalised energy-saving recommendations. You can scan appliances using your device camera, and our AI-powered system will analyse the images to estimate energy usage, costs, and environmental impact.
Our Services use artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to analyse appliance images and generate energy estimates and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. The energy estimates, cost calculations, and recommendations provided are approximations only and should not be relied upon for precise measurements or professional energy audits. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
The energy-saving advice and recommendations provided through our Services are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional energy consulting, financial advice, or technical recommendations. Before making significant changes to your energy consumption habits or purchasing new appliances, we recommend consulting with qualified professionals. My Energy AI is not responsible for any decisions made based on our recommendations.

Free accounts are subject to daily usage limits (currently 10 appliance scans per day). We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Attempting to circumvent usage limits may result in account suspension or termination.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By You: You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu in the app. Account deletion is permanent and will result in the loss of all your data, including appliance records and energy history.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason. We will attempt to notify you before termination where possible.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by My Energy AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Energy AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from reliance on energy estimates or recommendations, loss of data, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the last twelve months.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Energy AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
