How do I scan an appliance?

Tap the camera icon on the home screen, point your camera at the appliance's label or the appliance itself, and take a photo. Our AI will identify it and estimate its energy usage.

How accurate are the energy estimates?

Our estimates are based on typical usage patterns and UK energy rates. Actual consumption may vary depending on your specific usage habits and appliance condition.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data. You can also request deletion by emailing us.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use Firebase for secure authentication and data storage. All data is encrypted in transit. See our Privacy Policy for details.
